NOTICE TO CLIENTS

​

​The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Counsel investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and licensed specialists in school psychology.

​

Although not every complaint against or dispute with a licensee involves professional misconduct, the Executive Council will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.

​

I further understand and acknowledge that the evaluator’s license may be verified via an online search located at Online License/Renewal System – Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. The evaluator’s license can be located via a search for Susan Fletcher, PhD, Licensed Psychologist, License Number 26858.

  • If you are represented by an attorney: Please have your attorney submit a written request to my office using one of the contact methods provided.
